If it were something simple or an adjustment, I'd just do it myself. I guess the consensus seems to be to call for a different tech to come out and look at or fix the issue. Anyway, it shows a count of 27,440 pages. It would be impossible for all of them to have added this type of watermark exactly the same way.Ħ) Tech printed out a mile long report on the printer (left it in the tray. That shows up in the same exact spot.ĥ) It's definitely not a watermark, as the art we acquired from different producers in different formats when we bought them out. They are as identical as I can tell with the naked eye.Ĥ) There is also this vertical color shift that is present (arrow pointing to it) in ALL of the images. I can not tell a bit apart from these three. It's this exact dimension on ALL images where I can see the repeat (some are very faint and some you can't see cause they're busy images).Ģ) I've tried printing Plain/Recycled, "Plain 61-90" and "Middle-Thick 91-105". Here's more info and an updated image.ġ) Repeated image is exactly 3.75". Unless of course there is some setting in the driver to watermark on the fly? Not being snidey about it, but I think it's pretty safe to assume that's not it. The source material was obtained from these different independent producers over the years when they sold to us, so it seems impossible that 7 different relatively elderly people added these as watermarks in the same place and the same repeating pattern. We own several Railroad production companies. Position your device (tablet, phone or laptop) so that the screen is level with the object you want to measure. Could not detect a bit of difference between the three settings.ĥ) I have all the source images. Even those where repeating is not present or visible.Ĥ) Tried changing paper source from "Plain & Recycled" to Plain 61-90g/M2 and Middle Thick 91-105. Every single image has this darkened vertical streak at the same exact position. Actually I looked at most of the ones where I can see repeating and they are all exactly the same distance.Ģ) Copy is coming out of the printer LEFT side first.ģ) Note bottom arrow I added. Ok, here's another one.ġ) It doesn't look like it on the ruler I tried balancing on the table, but the distance between repeats is exactly 3.75".
